We are continuously involved in a number of both short-term and long-term property projects. This involves initiating, planning, executing, controlling and completing to achieve specific goals and success criteria.

We are involved in many aspects of property development such as the renovation and re-leasing of existing buildings, the purchase of raw land and underutilised properties for redevelopment, the fitout of individual tenancies and the sale of fully-realised property. Our development portfolio includes all sectors of property from rural to residential, industrial, commercial, retail and large mixed-use developments.

Our property management department (Commercial Propery Management Pty Ltd) is solely focussed on the operation, control and oversight of the Stafford Property Group Australia's portfolio; looking after over 60 tenants on a daily basis.
